Delivery within the Contiguous United States
We ship most in-stock items within 5 business days, if that day falls on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your items will ship Tuesday or Wednesday depending on orders in front of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received withing 5 - 6 business days from ship date.
We now ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 10 days from ship date to receive your package.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a full guarantee on most of our products. If you are not satisfied with your items, please return in original box that your package came in. Shipping will not be refunded. Customer will pay for the shipping on all returns. Please make sure when you return an item that you pack it securely or a refund/exchange will not be issued. I would suggest insuring your return to Adonai Roi. Adonai Roi is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please remember all sales over $25 are final/no refunds. If any product is defective in any way Adonai Roi will gladly exchange it for the exact same product. No changes/substitutions permitted. (Defective doesn't mean you don't like the fragrance that you choose. Shipping will not be refunded. You, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning any products as well as packaging it safely & securely for the trip back to us. Only items that have not been used will be accepted for return. You will be refunded when our package returns back to us, so please make sure it is in the original packaging that you received from us.
Adonai Roi is currently processing orders in 3 - 4 business days if it is a small order; 10 days if it is a large order.
I believe that buying on the internet should never cost you more than if you drove to a store to purchase the same thing. For that reason we have shipping based on your order total, your shipping will never be more than $10.

Although we package all orders as carefully as possible, every so often items do arrived damaged/broken. Should this happen to your package please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. The sooner we know the sooner we can replace the items that are damaged. We will also advice you if the damaged package should be saved for inspection by the respective shipping company.
